We may question where is God when it hurts, when we go through seasons of trial, grief, loss, and pain...and I'm so glad that the Word of God, our foundation, provides is with the answer we need. We may never find out why we go through, but we are assured of where God is when we go through.

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.  John14:6

Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:18

The truth is, God puts His blessing, His favour,  on the broken....and He brings us comfort through His Presence, through His promises, and through His people--the family of God and those whom we love-or may not even know!  Beloved, we are all going to go through...but what is amazing about our God is that while we go through---His blessing is on you!  By faith, receive His blessing today.  This song should be familiar to some of you :)
